I’m your former CFO-track, sparkle high-top–wearing spreadsheet junkie turned clarity-and-action-obsessed coach & mentor for rising women leaders.

Quick background on how we got here:

I did all the “right” things—big jobs, big goals, big expectations. And for a while, it looked like it was all working.

I was “thriving” on a steady dose of fake-it-’til-you-make-it energy. But I couldn’t shake the question: Is this really it?

Turns out, a stacked resume and 80+ hour weeks don’t always add up to a career and life that lights you up—for me (and maybe you too?) just one that burns you out.

So I created Sparkmaker—for ambitious women like me who aren’t afraid to work hard, but want to make damn sure we’re working toward the right thing (with a crystal-clear vision to back us up). Something meaningful. Something that actually fits.

Now, I help rising women leaders get clear on what they’re meant to do, define success on their terms, and build careers and lives they’re wildly proud of.

Because DIY doesn’t get these kinds of results—and it’s way less fun.
